The Royal Moroccan Surfing Federation has announced the start of qualifying for surfers aiming for the Championship Tour next season.
Rated QS5,000, the Taghazout Bay Pro is in the second largest category of the qualifying series in 2020.
Among the most anticipated competitions alongside :
Pipeline in Hawaii, Hainan Island in China and Fernando de Noronha in Brazil.
The competition will take place this weekend from January 25th to February 1st.
With the participation of the best surfers in the world as the Japanese Kanoa Igarashi and the Hawaiian kai Lenny…
The agadiri Ramzy Boukhiam, considered the best Moroccan surfer and the runner-up of the world junior in 2013 will be under the spotlight on the Moroccan side.
Taghazout Bay :
The Taghazout Bay seaside resort is located in the south of Morocco.
It occupies an area of 615 hectares along the Atlantic coast with 4.5 km of beaches.
This station is made up of leisure spaces and sports facilities and in particular a Beach Club, a medina as well as surf, golf and tennis academies.
