What is yoga?
A personal discipline that strengthens the body while detoxifying it, yoga combines endurance with flexibility and relaxation. During yoga classes, through the various postures performed and meditation, you learn to coordinate your movements and breathing.
The practice of yoga allows you to acquire:
- a softening of the whole body.
- a definite strengthening of the muscles.
- good endurance.
By the end of the first yoga class, relaxation is already felt, both physically and mentally. At any age and according to your personal needs, you have the choice of taking, among others, the following yoga classes:
- hatha yoga : which is a sequence of postures that allow you to refocus on yourself.
- vinyasa yoga : which is more dynamic to build endurance.
- ashtanga yoga : the traditional one. The repetitive sequences are quite intense.
